Building champions in life is what we do best!

Our enrichment program is here to serve our local daycares, preschools and community We call our program Build A Champion. We come to your campus and provide a custom program that fits your class and students. We call it Build A Champion for a reason. Similar to build a bear where the character comes to life only when filled with the right contents in order to thrive.

CHAMPION PILLARS

Our curriculum is based on four important pillars. These pillars are the foundation of our success with our little champions. Please see the benefits to each pillar below.

PILLAR #1

The first pillar is our foundation which is a full martial arts program. Where your child will learn the basics of self defense and avoidance, body awareness, self control, discipline, self respect and respect for others.

PILLAR #2

This pillar is a very important pillar! We call this the missing puzzle piece now found!

In addition to our standard method of training, we now implement our state of the art cognitive and sensory practices into our Build a Champion outreach program.
With this form of training, we are able to build what our program strives to distribute:
A CHAMPION in life! We not only just train the body physically but the brain just as much. We believe that without the proper processing of the brain, the students potential is limited. If we can strengthen the brain which then triggers the correct reaction to efficiently make the right decision, we know our students are at their full potential.

We use a few amazing tools; such as a cognitive computer system, sensory goggles, reaction lights and our timing and anticipation light system we collect data in order to track and see our progress in each and every student.

PILLAR #3

The 3rd pillar is our fitness and nutrition pillar. Here the students will learn the importance of practice to improve their skills and in order to have the energy and strength we teach about healthy foods and what that does to improve our day and activities.

PILLAR #4

The 4th pillar is the one that the teachers like the most! It’s our breathing and stretching pillar. After an impactful session with our coaches we bring the body back to mindfulness and calmness by breathing exercises and stretching. This will complete our class. We then send The kids back to class focused and with a larger attention span and ready to complete their day!
